1.Glass fiber and epoxy resin are the main materials, which are processed from glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles that have been pultruded at high temperature, and the performance indicators are stable.
2.The ladder column is designed as a square pipe, which is subjected to force on all sides, has excellent bending resistance, and is not easy to distort and deform.The base is made of iron.
3.The pedal is a trapezoidal pipe with a non-slip groove, which is more comfortable.The assembly of the whole ladder is a machining process of **.The shape of each component of the ladder has no sharp edges and corners, a high degree of **, and strong insulation properties.
4.The force of the lifting platform structure profile is uniform and reasonable, and the overall connection is reliable and stable; the assembly should comply with the provisions of YB3205.

6.The working voltage is 220V, 380V.The conventional default is 380V. If you need a 220V working power supply, you need to specify it when ordering.
7.Low water absorption, corrosion resistance, suitable for live line operations; substation maintenance operations.
8.Withstand voltage level: 220KV, and can withstand the power frequency test voltage of “450kV/2.1m”.

12.The shape of each component shall not have sharp edges and corners, and should be inverted arcs.The machining surface of each component should be regular and flat.The surface of the insulating parts should be smooth, without air bubbles, wrinkles or cracks, without obvious scratches and traces of overheating, and the color should be natural.
13.The surface of shaft steel parts should have a protective coating; the surface of the parts made of insulating laminated materials should be treated with insulating paint.
14.The production standards comply with GB17620-1998 "General Technical conditions for Insulated Hard Ladders for Live Operation".
Precautions for use:
1.Before use, it should be implemented in strict accordance with the GB17620-1998 standard. Before use, the operator should carefully check the main body and parts of the insulated ladder for defects or cracks.
2.Strictly abide by **operating procedures, put an end to luck, and ensure personal safety.
3.Prevent moisture and damage, so as not to affect the insulation level.
4.In order to ensure the reliability of product performance, the performance must be tested on an annual basis.
